To find out your initial credit balance, please refer to the cover letter that you received with your card.
You can check your current balance at any time by accessing the credit balance overview page, or by calling +49 (0)40 855 995 62 (EUR 0.14/min from Deutsche Telekom landlines, max. EUR 0.42/min from cellphones).
You can also have your current balance sent conveniently to your cellphone. Information about SMS queries can be found on the back of your card.
