Jobs are taken offline as soon as we have made an offer to a candidate and she/he has accepted it. If you are the right person for our vacancy and apply after we have already advanced in the application process with other candidates, we will still give you the chance to introduce yourself and get to know us. It is important for us that the person who joins our team has the right skills and mindset for us.
We will gladly reimburse you for the travel expenses (2nd class rail travel) for your personal appointment with us. Please submit the original bills and give us your bank details and address, and we will reimburse you as soon as possible.
True to the motto "Come as you are", there is no dress code at cadooz. We are not looking for a suit and tie, but for people and personalities.
Please apply via our digital application portal. After a short setup of your user account, you can leave your key data and upload your documents (CV, certificates, etc.). Here you can also check the status of your application at any time. For the CO2 balance we would like to ask our applicants to refrain from postal applications.
Through the use of Office 365, we have been offering our employees the opportunity to work from home or mobile since the beginning of 2020. Our employees have the opportunity to work in a home office three days a week. In our applicant portal you have the possibility to upload different files. For your application we need your CV, your salary expectations and your earliest possible start date. If available, your qualification certificates are also very helpful for us. A cover letter is optional. If anything else is required, you will find information on this in the job description and in the applicant portal.
If several job offers appeal to you, you can of course apply for more than one position. In addition, we always have an eye on whether your profile fits other vacancies. We would then also suggest these to you.
In the first step, our applicant management system automatically confirms that your application has been successfully uploaded. Once we have received your application, you will usually hear back from us within a few working days. However, please understand that we take our time to thoroughly check your documents. We try to keep the processing time as short as possible.
Of course you can reapply after a rejection. Just because you didn't succeed in one position doesn't mean that your profile wouldn't be a better fit for another position. Don't let a rejection get you down. Just keep an eye on our careers website. Maybe there will be another exciting vacancy for you in the future.

Our recruiting process provides up to three interviews in total.
In the first step, we schedule an initial meeting with you. This will take place with a specialist from recruiting, serves to get to know you and lasts about 30 minutes. We want to get a first impression of you and your personality and at the same time give you the opportunity to ask questions about cadooz.
In the next step, you will have the opportunity to meet colleagues and supervisors from the respective teams. This interview will take place via Microsoft Teams. Plan about an hour of time for this.
The next and last step is a personal interview at our office, so that you can have a look at our office and get a feeling for the atmosphere and our cooperation. This also gives all parties the opportunity to get a personal impression. Again, please allow about an hour for this.
Even though we have a traditional process of three interviews, it is not set in stone. Accordingly, it may well be that (should this be necessary) we skip one or the other step or add further steps.
In preparation for an interview with us, it is always an advantage if you can present your background and relevant projects fluently. You should also be prepared to answer technical questions about your area of expertise and any projects you have worked on. You are also welcome to discuss our company and our products.
Think in advance about your expectations, ideas and your motivation to start with us. Feel free to prepare questions that you would like to clarify in order to evaluate whether cadooz as an employer meets your expectations. The most important thing for us is that you are authentic and want to shape the future of cadooz with us, are motivated to think "out of the box" and want to develop together with us.
If you feel well prepared, there is nothing standing in the way of a positive interview.
Again, you can expect to hear back from us within a few business days, as we at cadooz place a lot of value on a fast recruiting process. Nevertheless, we ask for your patience here as well, since we want to recap our impressions and find the "perfect match" for our vacancy.
As a rule, the last two interviews are entirely with the department. In other words, this is where you will have the opportunity to get to know the team and managers. It is important to our management level that you know our expectations and vision, and that you have the right mindset for this.
First of all, the department will introduce itself and in the next step hand over the scepter to you. Now you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, your previous projects and your motivation. Of course, we will ask you one or two questions, but in return you can also pester us with your questions.

Yes, we continue to hire in a variety of areas and at all career levels. In 2020, we have continued to add to our team at a healthy rate of turnover, finding new talent and recruiting experienced contributors.
The health and safety of our employees and job applicants is a top priority for us at cadooz. In view of the current situation, we therefore use the option of conducting interviews via video conference. As soon as the application process has progressed, we would like to get to know you personally and will conduct personal interviews for this purpose. During personal interviews, we naturally pay attention to a high infection control standard, which has been confirmed to us by ias.
At cadooz, we have the opportunity to work both in the office and mobile due to the timely introduction of Office 365. Here it is important to observe the maximum occupancy of 60% in the office. For this purpose, an occupancy plan is created every week and thus, in compliance with the current hygiene measures, work can also be done in the office.
It is self-evident that we treat your application documents confidentially, which is why we store, manage, protect and delete your personal data in accordance with the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO). This means, for example, that your personal data will be treated with the necessary discretion and will not be misused. We do not ask you for more information than necessary and only keep it for as long as necessary.
We handle your personal data sensitively and clearly adhere to the Data Protection Ordinance Art. 5 No. 1. Accordingly, we may keep your application as long as the advertised position has not yet been filled. You remain your own master of all personal data at all times and have the right to view your data or to deleted it. You can remove your profile from the applicant pool at any time, in which case your data will be deleted immediately.
