  • Processing of redemptions, queries and complaints via the cadooz service center (opening hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00 a.m.- 6.00 p.m.)

  • On request: Provision of individual contact channels (email/hotline) for your personalized campaigns
  • Setup of campaign mailboxes
  • Provision of consignment tracking or individual access to information about your consignments (end customer)

  • Clearing/handling of submissions and registrations in the course of campaigns
