Challenge:
Miles & More seeks an incentive solution to offer participants in the program relevant redemption options both in and outside the domestic market DE, and to thereby create an incentive for overall program activity and appeal. The position as a premium brand on the market is to be strengthened and additional attractive premium gift card solutions added to the already excellent product portfolio.
Solution:
In cooperation with Miles & More, cadooz develops a platform for Miles & More members to redeem miles for gift cards.

Result:
The customized gift card solution has been available on the Miles & More Website since October 2014 and has been very well received since its launch. Further potential is to be realized through the continuous expansion of the product portfolio (incl. exclusive premium retailers) and the addition of more countries.
