We’re looking for new trainees

It’s that time of year again! We’re looking for two new trainees for our apprenticeships in office management and e-commerce. If you’re passionate about attracting, retaining and delighting customers and employees, cadooz is the place for you. Our motto is “Rewarding excellence” and that’s what we do here every day.

Apprenticeship in office management

If you choose the office management apprenticeship, you will work mainly in our sales, support, purchasing and accounts departments, and will have the opportunity to actively shape your future career path. Our former trainee Kim has already reported on her experiences in the cadooz blog. We invite you to experience different departments and really get to know everything about our cadooz products, from gift cards to rewards.

Apprenticeship in e-commerce

Are you interested in e-commerce? Do you want to get to know the entire value chain at cadooz? Then our apprenticeship in e-commerce is perfect for you. Your training will focus on product management, sales and marketing. You will learn exactly how our rewards programs and incentive systems work and how you can reinforce employee loyalty in a company.

Your own projects and a crisis-proof workplace

As a cadooz trainee, you will enjoy a lot of freedom. You’ll work independently from the start and will be given your own projects so you can quickly settle into our daily business practices. We offer an agile working environment and are always happy to welcome open-minded young talent into our growing, crisis-proof company. You can apply quickly and easily on the respective job advertisement pages until the end of May. Our apprenticeships start on 1 August 2022. And there’s one thing we can say for sure already: if you complete your training successfully, you have a good chance of obtaining a permanent position at cadooz.
