Our colleague Jule started as an administrator in the Human Resources team at cadooz almost a year ago. Since then, she has been proactively participating in many topics. In addition to the redesign of our career site, personnel administration and recruiting, she has shown a flair for our young professionals with a lot of empathy and joy. We at cadooz encourage talent and potential. Our motto is "assign according to strengths". Whoever shows interest and is on fire for a topic will also get the chance to try and prove themselves in this topic - of course always with backup if needed. That's why Jule got the offer to supervise the training at cadooz.

On Friday, Jule successfully passed her instructor qualification at the Chamber of Commerce and thus took the final step towards assuming complete responsibility for our trainees at cadooz.

Jule is the first contact person for our 3 trainees in the professions of e-commerce specialist. She plans the trainees' assignments to relevant departments and provides them with comprehensive support in all matters from recruiting and onboarding to exam registration and gaining the degree.

We like to write these and other success stories at cadooz. Only those who give opportunities can grow as an organization!
